What a resumed task needs to run its handler again.
The client answers a task through tasks/update, not by retrying
tools/call, so the server re-invokes the handler itself and must supply
what the client would otherwise have resent.

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
