BadSpec

spec field missing or not a touchstone/<version> string.

NoChecks

No checks present — nothing was actually measured.

DuplicateCheckId(String)

Two checks share an id, making the scoreboard ambiguous.

VerdictMismatch

Claimed verdict disagrees with the verdict recomputed from checks.
