Cache performance metrics.
L1/L2/L3 hit rates, cache misses per instruction, and memory stall
percentage all require reading hardware performance counters (e.g. via
perf_event_open on Linux, typically permission-gated), which this
crate does not do. Every field is None (“not measured”) rather than a
plausible-looking invented number – see [MemoryMetricsCollector].
