Struct WaitView

Source
pub struct WaitView {
    pub pane: String,
    pub outcome: WaitOutcome,
    pub matched_index: Option<usize>,
    pub matched_pattern: Option<String>,
    pub text: String,
    pub bytes: usize,
}
Expand description

What a pane said while it was watched for a pattern.

Fields§

§pane: String

The pane that was watched.

§outcome: WaitOutcome

How the wait finished.

§matched_index: Option<usize>

Which pattern matched, indexed into the list it came from.

§matched_pattern: Option<String>

The pattern that matched, as it was given.

§text: String

What the pane wrote, with escape sequences removed.

This is the raw output stream, not the rendered screen: a line redrawn in place, such as a line editor’s echo, repeats. capture_pane shows the screen.

§bytes: usize

How many bytes arrived, before filtering or truncation.
