AGG13-6 (quality-metrics-and-schema-v1): parameter-type bindings per enclosing function — caller_func -> [(param_name, type_name)]. Lets find_cross_calls resolve method invocations on parameter objects (owner.getId() where owner: Owner) by looking up the parameter name in this map and checking whether the callee module defines a class with the matching type name. Only populated for object-typed languages (Java, C#, PHP, Scala) — other languages leave the field empty and behave as before.

method_calls: Vec<(String, String, String, u32)>

AGG13-6: receiver-aware call sites — (caller_func, receiver_name, callee_method, line). Populated alongside calls for the same languages as param_types. The receiver is the identifier on the LHS of recv.method(...); it is None (filtered out below) for bare method(...) and Static.method(...) calls.
