Key for looking up cached query results

v031-cluster-M3a: extended with language to close the cross-language cache contamination half of issue #27. Pre-fix, a Python query result for function foo was served back when a TypeScript query for foo arrived because keys collided on (query_name, args_hash) only. The language field plus the Hash/Eq derive (which automatically picks it up) place each language’s results in disjoint cache slots.

On-disk note: QueryKey is serialized into the cache file via CacheFileData. Adding language changes the JSON shape, so pre-v0.3.1 cache files cannot deserialize cleanly. Graceful-discard on schema mismatch is owned by the sibling milestone v031-cluster-M3b (schema_version header field). This struct change must ship in the same release commit as M3b.

Name of the query (e.g., “extract”, “structure”, “calls”)

args_hash: u64

Hash of the query arguments

language: Language

Language discriminator: prevents Python/TypeScript/etc. cache contamination when the same (query_name, args_hash) tuple is queried under different languages.
