Source file to analyze

§function: Option<String>

Function to analyze (optional; analyze all if omitted)

§lang: Option<Language>

Language filter (auto-detected if omitted)

§check_leaks: bool

Run leak detection (R2) - enabled by default

§check_double_close: bool

Run double-close detection (R3)

§check_use_after_close: bool

Run use-after-close detection (R4)

§check_all: bool

Run all checks (R2, R3, R4)

§suggest_context: bool

Suggest context manager usage (R6)

§show_paths: bool

Show detailed leak paths (R7)

§constraints: bool

Generate LLM constraints (R9)

§summary: bool

Output summary statistics only
