base_ref: String

Git base reference to diff against

staged: bool

Check only staged changes

max_findings: usize

Maximum number of findings to report (0 = unlimited)

no_fail: bool

Do not fail (exit 0) even if findings exist

quiet: bool

Suppress progress messages

no_tools: bool

Disable L1 commodity tool analysis (clippy, cargo-audit, etc.)

tool_timeout: u64

Timeout for each L1 tool in seconds
