The read-only result of applying a plan (data-model §6).

issue_numbers is the applied issue set in board order (visible columns, then hidden columns, then the mismatched pseudo-column); board is the existing board summary the filter path produced. Nothing here can write: the corpus and config were borrowed, and the result owns copies only.
