Which control of the Triage mode’s toolbar has the focus (tui-triage-mode).

The mode’s horizontal axis: h/l and ←/→ walk these four and clamp at the ends. The queue is a control rather than “the absence of one” so the default focus has a visible home on the bar, and enter activates whatever is focused — nothing at all for Self::Queue, whose keys (j/k, space, a/d/u/f/p) act directly on the list and need no activation step.
