A plan is built and shown. Cancelling here changes nothing — it never has.

Confirming(Box<BatchPlan>)

The plan is shown and awaiting an explicit confirm. Separate from Preview so the modal can render a different affordance, and so “I saw it” and “I approved it” are two different states in the record rather than one.

Done(Box<ApplyReport>, String)

The batch ran. Per-item outcomes are in the report.

Refused(String)

The batch was refused before or during the apply.

NeedsInput(&'static str)

An action needs something the user has not given (a pair’s target).
