One variant per owning service, carrying that service’s returned value: a project’s report from crate::projects::ProjectIndex::health, an epic’s rollup from crate::epics::EpicIndex::rollup. Nothing here is recomputed, and there is no cross-source variant — a blended figure would be the second metrics engine C-004 forbids.
