One scheduled occurrence’s stable identity (data-model.md §3).

The key is <series-id>@<YYYY-MM-DD>: the same series and the same canonical date always produce the same key, so a second generation attempt is a lookup and never a duplicate. It is stored (in series.key) rather than re-derived, so a file whose key the rule would no longer produce is still readable — and still a no-op (C-006).
