The injected local date/timezone context.

Nothing in this module reads the clock: the caller resolves “now” to a local calendar date and hands it over, which is what makes detection and generation reproducible in a test (research R2).

The local calendar date to evaluate relative to.

§timezone: Option<Timezone>

The local timezone the date was resolved in, or None for a timezone-independent context.
