The shipped parser: a closed macro vocabulary, not a cron grammar.

@daily, @weekly, and @monthly are the entire accepted language, and each maps onto arithmetic this module already owns. Parsing a general five-field expression was rejected for this work package on purpose: hand-rolling that grammar is itself an escalation (research.md R8, C-009), and the maintained crates all pull a second date/time stack along with them (see the review record). A general expression is therefore refused, not guessed.
