data-model.md §1. The label is computed on read and never stored: a stored title goes stale the moment the referenced issue is retitled.

Fields

id: IssueRef

The referenced issue’s canonical graph identity.

number: u32

The referenced issue’s number.

display: String

#<number> <title>, or just #<number> when the title is blank.
