The [layout] section: configurable on-disk issue layout.

Tokens are validated at config load (crate::layout::validate). The defaults reproduce the documented layout — {assignee}/{type}/{status} for the directory, {date}-{slug}.md for the filename, moving files when a templated value changes.

Fields

directory: String

Directory template, relative to issues_dir.

filename: String

Filename template; must end in .md.

move_on_change: bool

Relocate an issue when a templated value changes (status/assignee/type).
