The scope a listing uses when the caller asked for no other (#1711).

status is the board’s entry column and me is the git author identity, each None when it cannot be derived: a board with no configured columns scopes nothing, and so does a checkout with no git identity — the listing then falls back to every issue rather than to an empty table that would read as “you have no work”.
