Variants

Remote

The remote value to send, as a field/value pair like a relation. A verified adapter would put the remote reference in value; until one exists this arm is unreachable, exactly as MappedParent::Remote is.

Unsupported(RemoteMappingDiagnostic)

The target cannot carry the record. The local record is untouched, which is the contract every other mapper follows (C-005): a record the remote cannot hold still survives, and a remote that lacks the field can never clear it.
