What tix cycle schedule edit may change. Every field is optional; only the named ones change, so a partial edit keeps the rest of the record.

New cadence interval (1-1000)

unit: Option<String>

New cadence unit (only meaningful for the interval family)

duration: Option<u32>

New anchor date, YYYY-MM-DD

timezone: Option<String>

New timezone: UTC or ±HH:MM (allow_hyphen_values for -05:00)
