A single, possibly nested, routing rule for a regular mod’s files.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

route: String

Destination path relative to the profile root, e.g. "BepInEx/plugins". The final path segment is the override-folder name matched at a package’s root (e.g. plugins).

default_file_extensions: Vec<String>

Extensions (matched as filename suffixes) that route a loose file here. When several rules match, the longest suffix wins.

tracking_method: TrackingMethod

How matched files are placed and tracked under InstallRule::route.

sub_routes: Vec<InstallRule>

Nested rules applied within this rule’s route.

is_default_location: bool

Whether this rule is the catch-all for files matching no other rule. At most one rule per profile is the default location; some have none.
