Trait MintableType

Marker trait for types that have a pre-signing (preimage) representation.

Preimage is intentionally unbound — the WriteXDR + ReadXDR requirement is deferred to the Mintable trait so that recursive contract_types can implement MintableType without triggering trait-solver overflow.
