#[non_exhaustive]#[repr(i32)]pub enum Signature {
Ed25519 {
ed25519: Ed25519Signature,
},
MlDsa65 {
mldsa65: Box<MlDsa65Signature>,
},
}Expand description
Union of a Signature type over the various cryptographic schemes.
The ML-DSA arms of Signature, PublicKey and SecretKey are boxed (heap allocated) in both C++ and Rust, so that Ed25519 signatures and keys, which are most of them, do not each take the size of the largest ML-DSA value in memory.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
