A u32 keypath component pre-framed at compile time: the exact bytes Keypath::child would append for the same value, built through the same CXS codec.

The only constructor is from_u32, which does the framing itself — malformed or aliased frames are unrepresentable, so Keypath::child_framed cannot be handed raw bytes.
