Create an advanced memory map with configuration.

Huge pages are not supported for file-backed mappings and are rejected instead of being silently ignored.

Safety

The caller must ensure that the mapped file’s contents and length are not modified for the lifetime of the returned mapping, including through other file handles or processes.
