Expand description

One carving step. Uniform on purpose: every field exists for every node so the whole list is one Weft record type (and one JSON shape to learn).

Fields§

§prim: String

sphere · box · cylinder · capsule · cone · torus · lathe. (cyl and cube are accepted spellings.)

§mode: String

How this step combines with what’s carved so far: add (union), blend (smooth union over k metres), cut, intersect. The first step of a part is the seed whatever its mode.

§part: u32

Which part (material group) this step belongs to.

§x: f32§y: f32§z: f32§rot: f32

Y-rotation in degrees.

§axis: String

Long axis for the rotational prims: y (default), x, z.

§r: f32

Radius (sphere/cylinder/capsule/cone/torus-major).

§r2: f32

Secondary radius (cone top / torus minor).

§h: f32

Height (cylinder/capsule/cone) and box Y.

§w: f32

Box X.

§d: f32

Box Z.

§round: f32

Box corner rounding.

§k: f32

Blend radius for mode: "blend".

§profile: Vec<f32>

Lathe profile as flat r, y pairs (prim: "lathe" only).
