Enum ProcessStatus

Process lifecycle status recorded by the registry and in the transcript.

Mirrors ToolStatus but adds Timeout and Cancelled which are process-specific terminal states.

Running is only reached for background processes tracked by the registry; one-shot commands always complete before the status is observed.
