A single non-empty segment of a Subject.

Segments are case-sensitive, may contain a-zA-Z0-9_-, and must be non-empty. The separator . is between segments, never within.

Errors

Returns SubjectError::EmptySegment if the string is empty, or SubjectError::InvalidCharset if it contains characters outside a-zA-Z0-9_-.

The segment string.
