Struct Cancellation

Cancellation signal propagated through the resolution chain. A resolver must check cancellation before returning a result and return ErrorCode::Timeout if cancelled.

Phase 1 uses a simple bool flag. Phase 2 may upgrade to a token type backed by the runtime (tokio CancellationToken or embassy signal). The public API (is_cancelled / cancel) stays stable.
