A reusable module body, addressed by ModuleId.

Modules are referenced via ModuleCall::source. The graph phase walks local modules and populates Module::component.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

Classified source.

canonical_path: Option<Arc<Path>>

Canonical directory of the module (only set for ModuleSource::Local).

component: Component

The module body, parsed as a Component with kind crate::ir::ComponentKind::Module.
