Trait for workspace exporters. Phase 3 ships ParquetExporter; tests may swap in a stub that records calls without touching disk.

Serialise ws per opts and return an ExportReport.

§Errors

Returns ExportError when the output directory is invalid, the target file exists without --overwrite, or any underlying I/O / arrow / parquet operation fails.
