One pinned runtime component a worker must verify before any engine work: a generic role label, the deployment-resolved path, and the expected BLAKE3 from the versioned rules. The worker re-hashes the file itself immediately before preflight and execution, so a swap after parent-side validation still fails closed. Failures name the role label only.
