Fields

converter_id: String

Stable converter id from the registry.

converter_version: String

Converter version from the registry.

detected_format: String

Format id the converter was asked to handle.

text: String

The converted text, UTF-8, NFC, LF line endings.

warnings: Vec<String>

Non-fatal notes about the conversion.

segments: Vec<Segment>

Structure spans over text for the segments file.

artifact_kind: ArtifactKind

How the text was derived. Every text and structured converter sets [ArtifactKind::Text]; the pixel-OCR converter sets [ArtifactKind::Ocr], so the manifest records recognized text as OCR rather than extraction.

media: Option<Media>

Media provenance for a transcript artifact: source duration, language, and the pinned engine identity as a role label and hashes. Every text and image converter returns None; the audio converter populates it, and the pipeline copies it onto the manifest record and through dedup.
