TLS client-certificate identity for a specific user in a test vector.

Paths are relative to the repository root. On macOS (native-tls / Security.framework), PEM identity loading is not supported. The runner auto-detects a .p12 file next to the .crt and uses it with password "password" (standard test infrastructure convention).
