Arithmetic overflowed the i128-nanosecond representation.

NonFinite

Input scalar was NaN or infinite.

NonCanonical

(seconds, nanos) pair violates the canonical sign invariant: seconds > 0 requires nanos >= 0, and seconds < 0 requires nanos <= 0.
