Crate telelog_server 

telelog-server as a library, so integration tests can run it in-process.

Long-term log storage in an object storage bucket you own (S3, R2, MinIO, GCS, or a local directory). The server archives every line it sees; the app queries it for history older than its in-memory buffer.

auth

Bearer-token authentication and the rules for when the server may run without it.
