An exclusive loan of a team set, returned to its owner on drop.

The set is deliberately opaque: the panel grows only through TeamLease::panel, so every byte the owner hands out is accounted.

Size the shared panel and return its pointer, accounting the growth to the owner. The driver sizes it because only the driver knows the element type; the provider keeps the storage.
