Per-turn observation that aggregates multiple signals with turn-level metadata.

This is the MenteDB-aligned replacement for the legacy Observation type. A TurnObservation is the parent (per-turn), containing child Signals (per-event) plus tool usage, outcome, and timing data.

Fields

signals: Vec<Signal>

Signals captured during this turn

tools_used: Vec<ToolUsage>

Tools that were used during this turn

outcome: TurnOutcome

How the turn ended

duration_ms: u64

Turn duration in milliseconds

session_id: Uuid

Session this turn belongs to

turn_number: u32

Turn number within the session
