What the two surfaces turned out to be.

Separated from build so that the tests can supply both without a binary on the machine or a credential in the environment.

Fields§

§local: Arc<dyn LocalBackend>§local_available: bool

Whether a usable local backend was found. An absent one is still a backend — it reports the binary as missing — so this is what says whether the surface should be offered.

§credentials: Option<Credentials>
