A DNS name and TCP port. DNS resolution belongs to the transport adapter.

tls_name: Option<String<{ crate::netmap::MAX_DERP_HOSTNAME }>>

Optional TLS/SNI name when it differs from the address resolved for the TCP connection.

insecure_for_tests: bool

Test relay marker from the DERP map. Production adapters still verify TLS.
