Extractor for establishing a WebSocket connection out of an HTTP/1.1 (or, with the http2 feature, HTTP/2 extended-CONNECT) request.

Read buffer capacity. The default value is 128 KiB.

The target minimum size of the write buffer to reach before writing the data to the underlying stream. The default value is 128 KiB.

If set to 0, each message is eagerly written to the underlying stream.

The max size of the write buffer in bytes. The default value is unlimited.
