history: Option<usize>

Maximum retained consumed-token history. None is unbounded, the serialized false; Some(0) retains nothing; the default is Some(64), which a serialized null also means. Some(0) used to be read as unbounded, the opposite of the canonical runtime (#142), and null as unbounded rather than the default (#144).
