The flex layout surrounding a sidebar and the page content.

On desktop, the page content scrolls within the viewport-height layout.

Set --sidebar-width, --sidebar-width-mobile and --sidebar-width-icon through attrs to customize the widths. Place a right sidebar after the page content. State belongs to the caller, which passes expressions to sidebar and event handlers to sidebar_trigger and sidebar_rail.
