One reading of a queue for its charts (GET /stats/topics/{name}): the counts, the rates, the age of the oldest message and that of the largest groups.

Messages published, delivered and acknowledged (deleted) per second.

consume_rate: f64

ack_rate: f64

oldest_age: Option<f64>

Seconds; absent when the queue has no messages.

groups: Vec<(String, f64)>

The largest groups with messages, largest first: the group and the age of its oldest message.
