Memcached 配置（对齐 PHP think\cache\driver\Memcached 的 $options）

Fields

host: String

Memcached 主机地址（对齐 PHP host）

port: u16

Memcached 端口（对齐 PHP port，默认 11211）

expire: Option<Duration>

默认过期时间（对齐 PHP expire，None 表示使用最大 TTL 30 天）

prefix: String

key 前缀（对齐 PHP prefix，客户端实现）

tag_prefix: String

tag 前缀（对齐 PHP tag_prefix）

timeout: Duration

连接超时（对齐 PHP timeout，毫秒；Duration::ZERO 表示无超时）

weight: u32

服务器权重（对齐 PHP weight，多服务器场景使用）
