通过词法分析提取所有出现在 FROM / JOIN / INTO / UPDATE 后的标识符， 检查它们是否在 allowed_tables 集合内。

校验 SQL 中的列名是否在白名单内。

提取 SELECT 后、WHERE 子句中、SET 后的标识符作为列名进行校验。 注意：此校验为启发式，可能无法覆盖所有列引用场景。

同时校验表名和列名。
