A validated action name from the approved SysKnife catalogue.

Constructed via ActionName::parse, which rejects any string not in KNOWN_ACTION_NAMES. Holding an ActionName is a compile-time guarantee that the contained string is in the catalogue — downstream code does not need to re-validate.
