Expand description

Structured failure categories for the IPC error protocol.

Currently used only in the proto bridge layer (sysknife-types <-> sysknife-proto conversions) and their tests. The daemon dispatcher uses string category names on the wire today; these variants will replace those strings when the daemon adopts the proto layer end-to-end.
