Identifier for one preview/approve/execute round-trip.

Distinct from ApprovalReceipt at the type level because the two are indistinguishable at the value level: both are opaque strings passed side by side into the same calls. execute(transaction_id, action_name, params, approval_receipt, …) took three bare &str in a row, so transposing any two of them compiled and failed at runtime as a stale-approval error, which reads like an expiry rather than a call-site bug.
