    InvalidParam(&'static str),

        param: &'static str,
        value: String,
    },

        program: String,
        pgid: i32,
        timeout_secs: u64,
    },
}

Variants§

§

UnknownAction(String)

§

MissingParam(&'static str)

§

InvalidParam(&'static str)

§

InvalidIpAddress

Richer variant that carries the offending value for actionable diagnostics.

Used when an action constructor returns a typed InvalidIpAddress error — the value is forwarded to user-facing output rather than being silently discarded as in the generic InvalidParam path.

Fields

§param: &'static str
§value: String
§

Io(Error)

§

ActionNotStopped

The action outran its deadline and could not be confirmed stopped.

Separate from a plain timeout because the safe response differs. A timeout that stopped the work leaves the host where it was, so an automatic rollback is reasonable. This variant means privileged work may still be running, and rolling back over it would put two package transactions on the host at once. The caller must not treat it as a quiet failure.

Fields

§program: String
§pgid: i32
§timeout_secs: u64
